Joint And Muscle Problems
Tell your doctor if you plan to do hard physical activity during treatment with isotretinoin. Isotretinoin can cause pain in your bones, joints, muscles, and ligaments. - new joint pain
- broken bone

How To Take Doxycycline
Use Doxycycline exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.

Take doxycycline with a full glass of water. Drink plenty of liquids while you are taking doxycycline.
