Deceased waa the eldest daughter of ex-Councillor and Guardian J. Harvey, and the funeral left her father’s residence, Gore-terrace, for Cockett Church. Here, and at the grava- side, the service was impressive, con- ducted by the Rev. David Rees, of Para- clete, Newton. Mrs. Solomon had in past years worked assiduously for the funds of the Swansea Hospital, the Mayor’s Aged Poor Fund, and other charitable causes. The mourners wore: Mr. J. Harvey , Lieut. H. C.
